and access to any of the applications hosted by MapData Sciences Pty Ltd or
associated websites is governed by the terms and conditions set out below. Users
of this site are deemed to have read and accepted the conditions contained in
this notice.

in all of the material in the application from which this page was opened, and
associated websites, including but not limited to information, artwork, text,
maps, images, driving directions, java script and pictures (herein referred to
as "CONTENT"), is either owned by or administered by MapData Sciences
Pty Ltd ("MDS") ABN 45 053 437 282 (for the purpose of this notice
MDS shall include MDS, its employees, servants and agents) for and on behalf of
variously, the following organisations:

Apart
from any fair dealing for the purposes of study, research, criticism and review,
as permitted under copyright legislation, no part of the CONTENT may be
reproduced, reused or redistributed for any purpose whatsoever, or distributed
to a third party for such purposes, without the written permission of MDS. For
such purposes as are permitted, you must acknowledge MDS as the source of
information and include any copyright notice originally included with the
content in all copies. If permission is granted a link to www.mapds.com.au must be included on all
reproduced material.
You may not link directly to any MDS hosted application or associated servers and you shall not attempt to pass off any of MDS' CONTENT as your own work.
All
information published on this site is intended to be used for your personal use
only and may not be used for commercial purposes without the prior written
consent of MDS. MDS may charge a fee for the use of any content used for
commercial purposes.
The Java Script API which may be used to generate the mapping
content on this site is owned by MDS and may NOT be used for any purpose other
than manipulating and sourcing mapping and related data from MapData Sciences
Pty Ltd’s hosted environment. The mapping data captured by the browser which is
running the MDS Java Script API may NOT be cached locally for more than a
single session or eight hours, which ever is the shorter. Third party
data may be merged with the MDS sourced data during each session. Any
modification or variation to the Java Script by any third party will become the
property of MDS. The Java Script is © Copyright MapData Sciences Pty Ltd.
When you access any application hosted by MDS, you agree to not modify the content without the prior written permission of MDS.
Disclaimer
MDS
does not warrant, guarantee, undertake, or make any representations regarding
the accuracy, reliability, completeness or correctness in relation to the
information presented in the applications or the CONTENT. You accept sole
responsibility and risk associated with the use and results of information
delivered by the application.
Under no
circumstances shall MDS be liable for any loss or damage (including special,
indirect or consequential damage) whatsoever which may arise from or in
connection with the use or performance of the applications or CONTENT contained
on the pages delivered by the application.
Further more while every care is taken to ensure the accuracy of
this data, the State, Territory and Commonwealth Governments of Australia, PSMA
Australia Limited, Australian Bureau of Statistics, Land Information New
Zealand, Statistics New Zealand, NZ Post and Risk Frontiers, do not make any
representations or warranties about its accuracy, reliability, completeness or
suitability for any particular purpose and, to the extent permitted by law (but
subject to any liability which cannot be excluded under the Trade Practices Act
1974 and equivalent State and Territory legislation), the aforementioned bodies
disclaim all responsibility and all liability (including without limitation,
liability in negligence) for all expenses, losses, damages (including indirect
or consequential damage) and costs which might be incurred as a result of the
data being inaccurate or incomplete in any way and for any reason.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, whenever driving directions and
mapping images are accessed and utilised by a user, the directions and maps
should only be taken as a guide, and it is every users
responsibility to follow the road rules and signage as displayed on the roads
upon which the user is travelling.

agreement will be administered under the laws of the State of
