Users of these sites containing Australian or New Zealand mapping data are deemed to have read and accepted the conditions contained in this notice.

Copyright in all of the Australian or New Zealand mapping data or content delivered by this and associated websites, including but not limited to information, artwork, text, maps, images, driving directions, points of interest, directory services and pictures (herein referred to as "CONTENT"), is either owned by or administered by MapData Sciences Pty Ltd ("MDS") ABN 45 053 437 282 (for the purpose of this notice MDS shall include MDS, its employees, servants, clients and agents) for and on behalf of variously, the following organisations:

· MapData Sciences Pty Ltd;

· The Public Sector Mapping Agencies (PSMA);

· State Governments of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia;

· The Territory Governments of Australian Capital Territory and Northern Territory;

· Australian Bureau of Statistics;

· Land Information New Zealand;

· Statistics New Zealand;

· NZ Post.

Terms of Use
Apart from any fair dealing for the purposes of study, research, criticism and review, as permitted under copyright legislation, no part of the CONTENT may be reproduced, reused or redistributed for any purpose whatsoever, or distributed to a third party for such purposes, without the written permission of MDS. For such purposes as are permitted, you must acknowledge MDS as the source of information and include any copyright notice originally included with the CONTENT or MDS’ client website in all copies. If permission is granted a link to www.mapds.com.au must be included on all reproduced material.

You may not link directly to the website or associated client servers without prior written permission and you shall not attempt to pass off any of MDS' CONTENT or the CONTENT of the client servers or associated websites as your own work.

All information published on this site is intended to be used for your personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of MDS. MDS may charge a fee for the use of any content used for commercial purposes.

When you access the CONTENT on the Client’s servers or Associated websites, you agree to not modify information found in the websites material without the prior written permission of MDS.

Under no circumstances shall MDS be liable for any loss or damage (including special, indirect or consequential damage) whatsoever which may arise from or in connection with the use or performance of MDS materials on this service or material or CONTENT contained on the client’s servers or associated websites.

Furthermore while every care is taken to ensure the accuracy of this data, the State, Territory and Commonwealth Governments of Australia, PSMA Australia Limited, Australian Bureau of Statistics, Land Information New Zealand, Statistics New Zealand and NZ Post, do not make any representations or warranties about its accuracy, reliability, completeness or suitability for any particular purpose and, to the extent permitted by law (but subject to any liability which cannot be excluded under the Trade Practices Act 1974 and equivalent State and Territory legislation), the aforementioned bodies disclaim all responsibility and all liability (including without limitation, liability in negligence) for all expenses, losses, damages (including indirect or consequential damage) and costs which might be incurred as a result of the data being inaccurate or incomplete in any way and for any reason.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, when ever driving directions and mapping images are accessed and utilised by a user, the directions and maps should only be taken as a guide, and it is every users responsibility to follow the road rules and signage as displayed on the roads upon which the user is travelling.

This agreement will be administered under the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
